Restock — Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Effective date: July 31, 2026

These terms describe Restock's paid memberships, operated by Restock US LLC. They supplement the Terms of Service.

Plans and pricing

• Restock Individual — $3.99 / month
• Restock Family — $5.99 / month

Prices exclude applicable taxes. Membership unlocks premium features (including OCR fridge/pantry scanning and the in-store scanner). Everything else in Restock is free. Membership does not include delivery fees, store charges, or product costs.

Automatic renewal — please read

• Your membership automatically renews. When you subscribe, you authorize Restock US LLC and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method the then-current price on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• Renewal continues at the end of each billing period for the same term unless you cancel before it renews.
• Price changes apply only on a going-forward basis; we will give advance notice as required by law before a changed price takes effect, and where required will obtain your consent.

Free trials (if offered)

If we offer a free trial, unless you cancel before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paid membership and your payment method will be charged the then-current price. The trial length and terms are disclosed when you enroll.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time — online, in a few clicks — from your Restock account settings ("Membership" → "Cancel"). No phone call or email is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep premium access until then.

Refunds

All charges are nonrefundable except where required by law. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period. [Proposed default — confirm with counsel; some states require specific refund handling.]

Consent record

When you subscribe, we present these auto-renewal terms and record your affirmative agreement (with date and version) before charging you, as required by law.
