Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California and several other states give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of the use of your personal information for targeted advertising, and to limit the use of your sensitive personal information. Restock (Restock US LLC) respects these rights for all users, regardless of where you live.

Our approach. Our data-products vertical is designed to use only de-identified, aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to you and that meets a minimum group-size threshold. We do not sell your name, contact details, account data, private pantry, lists, or consumption history to anyone.

Exercise your right. You can opt out in any of these ways:

1. This page. Complete the opt-out request below (no account login required to submit; we may need limited information to process it). Submitting sets your account to "do not sell or share."
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser.
3. Account settings. Toggle "Do not sell or share my data" and marketing preferences in your Restock account.
4. Email. Write to privacy@usrestock.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."

Limit sensitive information. To limit our use of your precise geolocation and other sensitive information beyond what's needed to provide the Service, use the same request form or email above.

Minors. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 18.

Authorized agents. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
