Restock — SMS / Text Message Terms

These SMS Terms govern the Restock text-messaging program operated by Restock US LLC ("Restock").

• Consent is optional. Enrolling in marketing/promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. You provide prior express written consent by checking the SMS opt-in box and providing your mobile number. Separately, we may send transactional texts you request or that are needed for the Service (for example, security codes and order/delivery updates).
• Program description: Restock alerts — deal alerts, low-stock reminders, and account notifications you choose.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings. [Estimate, e.g., up to N messages/week — confirm.]
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply to messages we send and you send.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel; you'll receive one confirmation and then no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@usrestock.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers.
• Eligibility: you must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number and at least 18.
• Privacy: your information is handled under our Privacy Policy at usrestock.com/privacy. We do not sell your mobile number, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
