Restock — Notice at Collection

When you sign up for and use Restock (operated by Restock US LLC), we collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers & account data (name, email, password).
• Location/address you provide, and precise geolocation (sensitive) — only with your consent, for location features.
• Commercial/household data (pantry, lists, meals, purchases, consumption, and prices/receipts/deals you submit).
• Images (fridge/shelf/receipt photos and OCR-extracted data).
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers).
• Usage & device data (via cookies and similar technologies).
• Inferences drawn from the above.

Why we collect it: to provide and personalize the Service (meal decisions, pantry tracking, price comparison, community deals, shopping/delivery), process your subscription, secure the Service and prevent fraud/abuse, communicate with you, comply with law, and — only with the applicable consents — build de-identified, aggregated market-trend products.

Sensitive personal information: we use precise geolocation only to provide the features you request and offer the right to limit its use.

"Sale"/"sharing": we aim to use only de-identified, aggregated data for our data-products vertical. To the extent any activity is a "sale" or "share" under state law, you can opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We do not sell or share the data of anyone under 18.

Retention: we keep personal information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it (subject to legal/security needs).
