Restock — Community Guidelines & Contributor / Rewards Terms

These terms govern the Restock community features operated by Restock US LLC ("Restock") and are incorporated into the Terms of Service. By submitting content or participating in rewards, you agree to them.
1. What you can submit
Prices, shelf-tag and receipt photos, product details, and deals ("Submissions"). Submissions must be truthful, accurate, your own, and lawfully obtained. Do not submit false, stale, manipulated, or misleading prices or deals; content that infringes others' rights; personal information of others; or anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.
2. License you grant us
You keep ownership of your Submissions. You grant Restock US LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, use, reproduce, modify (for formatting/OCR), display, distribute, and create derivative works from your Submissions to operate, improve, and promote the Service — including extracting price and product data from receipts and photos and incorporating it into our verified-price data and de-identified, aggregated analytics/data products. This license continues for content you've shared even if you later close your account, to the extent others have relied on it or it has been incorporated into aggregated data; we will stop displaying your attributed content on request.
3. Receipt and image data
When you upload a receipt or photo, you represent you may share it and you authorize us to process it (including by OCR) to extract item, price, store, and date information. We use images for the feature you requested and for quality/anti-fraud purposes, then minimize them per our Privacy Policy. Redact any information you don't wish to share where possible.
4. Accuracy, moderation, and no endorsement
Submissions are user content. We do not guarantee and do not endorse any user-submitted price or deal. We may verify, rank, label, correct, reject, remove, or delay Submissions; apply anti-gaming, reputation, geolocation, photo, and rate controls; and suspend or ban users who submit fraudulent or abusive content. We are not liable for user-posted deals or for your reliance on them.
5. Rewards
Where offered, you may earn rewards (for example, account credits) for eligible activity such as verifying prices or scanning receipts. Reward terms, eligibility, and amounts are disclosed at the point of participation and may change or end at any time. Rewards:
- have no cash value except where required by law, may expire, and may be revoked for fraud, gaming, or violations;
- are not wages. Participating in rewards does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You participate as an independent individual on your own schedule.
6. Taxes and 1099 (if cash or cash-equivalent rewards are paid)
If we pay you cash or cash-equivalent rewards that meet reporting thresholds, you are responsible for any taxes, and you agree to provide a Form W-9 (or applicable tax form) so we can issue a Form 1099 or other required reporting. We may withhold or pause payouts pending valid tax information. [Confirm thresholds and process with CPA/counsel.]
7. Reporting and takedown
To report content or an intellectual-property concern, contact support@usrestock.com. We respond to valid notices, including under the DMCA where applicable. [Add designated DMCA agent details if you designate one.]
